Sport, Healthcare and European Heritage Summer School
University of Rome "Foro Italico"
Join fellow Athletic Training / Exercise Science / Sports Management Students from around the country for a unique summer school experience.  We invite you to join us this summer at Foro Italico University in Rome to get an international education while enjoying all of the pleasures of summer in one of the most exciting cities in the world.  Jus us for a challenging and enriching experience.  Our Summer School will give you the opportunity to discover the Italian language and culture through interesting courses in English focusing on sports archaeology, ancient history, sports humanities and healthcare in sports.  The academic experience will go hand in hand with tasty and entertaining cultural activities including discovering the taste of Italian cuisine, playing sports using Foro Italico's amazing historical facilities (home of the 1960 Olympics) and our rowing facility on the Tiber River.  During your stay, you will visit Rome's most iconic sites and attractions.  Upon completion you will receive a certificate of attendance and the accreditation of 4 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System).

Module I: Lectures in Sports Humanities

Academic Credit;
    Upon completion of the program you will receive a certificate from the University of Rome "Foro Italico" for 4 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) equal to 3 credits in US universities.
